Welcome to Equestriapp (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Equestriapp mobile application and website (together, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using Equestriapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. About Equestriapp

Equestriapp provides a digital platform that allows:

• Riders to discover, book, and manage equestrian lessons

• Instructors to offer lessons, manage availability, and receive payments

Equestriapp does not provide riding instruction itself and is not a riding school, employer, or training provider.
All lessons are delivered by independent instructors.

3. Eligibility

To use Equestriapp, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

5. Riders

As a rider, you agree that:

• You are responsible for assessing whether a lesson or instructor is suitable for you

• Riding and equestrian activities involve inherent risk

• You participate in lessons at your own risk

Equestriapp is not responsible for:

• Lesson quality or outcomes

• Instructor conduct

• Horse behaviour, injury, or accidents

6. Instructors

As an instructor, you confirm that:

• You operate as an independent professional, not an employee of Equestriapp

• You hold any required qualifications, insurance, and permissions

• You comply with all applicable laws, safeguarding requirements, and industry standards

You are solely responsible for:

• Lesson delivery and safety

• Insurance and professional liability

• Compliance with tax and financial obligations

7. Bookings, Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

• Equestriapp may charge a platform fee, shown clearly at checkout

• Prices, cancellation policies, and availability are set by instructors

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the instructor’s stated policy and Equestriapp’s payment rules.

Equestriapp does not guarantee income, bookings, or lesson volume for instructors.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation terms are displayed at the time of booking

• Refund eligibility depends on timing and policy selection

• Platform fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law

Disputes about lessons should first be raised directly with the instructor.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Misuse the Platform or attempt to bypass payment systems

• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform systems

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts for misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on Equestriapp is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of Equestriapp is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.

12. Disclaimers

Equestriapp is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs.

Equestrian activities involve risk. You acknowledge that injury or loss may occur and agree that Equestriapp is not liable for such outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Equestriapp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms

• Fraudulent or harmful activity

• Legal or regulatory requirements

Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records).

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will notify users via the app or website.
Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
